Trip overview

Ski, not logistics.

Families with school-aged children have narrow windows and high standards. We secure ski-in / ski-out lodging (or within a 90-second walk), pre-book private ski-school with English-speaking instructors, arrange equipment delivery to your door on arrival day, and coordinate kids-club placement so siblings can ski together or separately as they wish.

Your planner produces a one-page daily schedule for the week with lift timings, lesson pickups, lunch reservations and an evening plan — so Monday morning doesn't start with four parents squinting at piste maps.

Arrive SLC, private transfer to Park City

SUV transfer with ski racks. Kids-club intake forms pre-submitted. Equipment fitting at your accommodation (Black Tie Ski Rentals).

Warm-up half day

Half-day group ski school for ages 3-6 and 7-12. Parents get a private Deer Valley mountain orientation guide.

Mon

Full-day ski school

Both kids' programs full day. Parents free-ski via Park City's eight zones. Lunch reserved at Stein Eriksen Lodge.

Tue

Rest & activity day

Optional half-day group lesson, or snow-tubing and dog-sledding. Family dinner at Apex at Montage.

Wed

Private family lesson

Morning 3-hour private instructor for the whole family, skiing terrain matched to the weakest skier. Afternoon cocoa stop at Silver Lake Lodge.

Thu

Mountaintop breakfast

First-chair breakfast at Royal Street Cafe. Full day ski school for kids; parents full day with private guide.

Fri

Racing day / park day

Kids do the race department or terrain-park progression; parents ski Empire Canyon bowls. Optional torchlight parade in the evening.

Sat

Departure SLC

Equipment pickup from accommodation by Black Tie. Private transfer to SLC airport.
