2. Supplier relationships
Earth Luxe Travel LLC resells travel products from verified third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, rail operators, ground-handling DMCs, insurance carriers). Each supplier provides its product under its own contract with you. We negotiate amenities and handle the reservation process but we do not operate the underlying service.
3. No warranty on supplier performance
We work only with suppliers that we have vetted; however, we cannot guarantee that a supplier will perform as advertised. If a supplier fails to deliver, we will advocate for you and assist with refunds or claims within the supplier's contractual terms, but Earth Luxe Travel LLC does not itself compensate for supplier default unless specifically written into your planning agreement.
4. Health & safety
Travel inherently carries risk. You are responsible for consulting your physician regarding vaccinations, medications and fitness requirements. We recommend reviewing U.S. State Department travel advisories and destination health guidance before every trip.
5. Financial & legal advice

6. Currency & payment
