Bespoke journeys start with a long-form intake conversation (video call or detailed written brief, whichever you prefer). From there a single planner becomes your trip architect, returning a layered proposal — usually 2-3 itinerary options, each with a different pace, budget and experience mix.
Typical bookings are 10-14 nights crossing 2-4 destinations, but we've run anniversaries as short as 4 nights and sabbatical journeys as long as 11 weeks. Pricing tracks the total trip value; the planning fee is itself a flat $950, credited toward the trip when you book.
